The Empty Space

"A man walks across this empty space whilst someone else is watching him, and this is all that is needed for an act of theatre to be engaged. Yet when we talk about theatre this is not quite what me mean."

Peter Brook, The Empty Space (1968)

On the Fringe

I'd like to apologise for the lack of updates over the past few weeks - I've been kept too busy to make an update but have now managed to wrangle some time off work to head up to Edinburgh to take in some of this year's offerings at the Fringe.

My stay is only a short one but I'll be looking to make the most of it by seeing as many shows as possible in three days. All being well, I should have a new post on Wednesday evening and another few follow up posts to talk about everything I've seen, good or bad.

If you have been up to Edinburgh this year and have any show recommendations please get in touch.
